Velocity is a cross-platform, meaning it runs on Linux, windows, and Mac.
Pretty fantastic, right?
It is mostly a substitute for "platinum" horizon membership, giving you tools such as:
Profile Creator-Create a new profile.
Profile Editor- Edit your Bio, Name, Location, Gamertag, Motto, Gamerzone, region, Years on live, and Reputation.
You can also unlock achievements for games you have played, and avatar awards.
NOTE: CHANGING YEARS ON LIVE MAY RESULT IN BAN! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
ALSO NOTE: Gamertag editor does NOT work if you have XBL.
Game Adder: If you want to unlock achievements not on your playlist, use the Game Adder tool to add games to your playlist.
Profile Cleaner: Removes unneeded items within your profile to make it smaller.
Theme Creator- Create a custom theme for your console. The images for the theme can be anything you want.
Halo 4 Editor: Just a basic Halo 4 mod tool.
Gamer Picture Pack Creator- Create a gamer picture pack for use on any profile on your console. The pictures can be found via a game's name, the title id of that game, or someone's gamertag.
Title ID Finder- Find the title ID for any game on the Xbox360 marketplace.
This tool is much easier to use along with horizon for extracting and inserting.
