I would just reset your box. If its not that. Recover your account online. It is most likely something broke on the cloud storage. I had this problem a long time again but I was modding my account

He did all that last night man nothing worked for him.

Are you getting an exact error code? If so, what is it? This is a known issue since it happens to quiet a few people. Also, what kind of router do you have?
Every time this happens to you, check the services and see if anything is down: Xbox Live Service Status

1:
- Test the speed of your internet by one of the following websites:
Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test
Speakeasy Speed Test - Powered by MegaPath
Internet Speed Test - CNET
Speed Test by Bandwidth Place for Laptop, Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet Devices

- Write down the following information from your speed test results:

  • Download speed
  • Upload speed
  • Ping
  • Note: Having this information handy will make the discussion easier if you have to contact your ISP later.

- Compare your results to the following. These are the minimum requirements.

2:
- If non of the above helps you, I suggest contacting your ISP. A lot of this is due to the ISP or your Bandwidth.

- Tell them your results and how are they are the minimum requirements for a "Certified" experience on Xbox.

- If they can not resolve your issue over the phone, you may want to upgrade your Bandwidth.

Note: Unplugging your Router/Modem from the wall for 30 seconds and plugging it back in as sometimes this will boost up your bandwidth.

Thanks for the help. It seem's to have fixed itself as of now.
