I always have trouble with titles.
But basically, the restriction of free time on accounts has been removed from Xbox, meaning if you main account has ran out of time but you still want to play online you can make infinite new "Free One Months" but you just have to have a Paypal account.
I do this when my main has ran out and I have to wait a few days for new time.
You need:
A fresh (mail.live.com) email.
A active Paypal without money on it to be charged.
An amazing new pro 360 noscope 420 blaze it gamer tag idea.
1. Create a new account.
2. Get xbox live, but skip the packages it has and press no thanks.
3. It will pop up asking if you would like to try Xbox Live for free.
4. Go through Paypal.
5. Voila, fresh account to troll with while you are getting yours time.
