I fixed the issue by using different link for Rebug 4.65.2 REX and console is all good to go and ready to be shipped back to my customer. You guys can locked this thread.
I hate when that happens,Did happen to me alot of times over the years,One thing i learned keep all the pup's that worked in a file on pc for safe keeping and to save time,Plus it help to back them up on your ps3;)
