1.) I Like Women, Moderation count and Post Create count is good, super happy with your thread view count but we need more actual threads!!
2.) KranK, Starting to dip a bit here dude 🙁 I know you've been dealing with some shit but we need you to pick up a bit. Consider making some more tutorials here and there! I would also like to see more moderating from you. We can talk about possibly reducing you to Legends lead if you don't think you can manage moderating.
3.) Ludacris Legacy, Proud of you dude. You're learning what it means to be a Global moderator 😉 I know we've had a lot of talks, and I'm glad that you have been attentive and listened to everything we have been saying.
4.) Rivalz, I'm very sorry, but your activity has not improved since the last evaluation, so we will more than likely be dismissing you from our staff team. It's been a pleasure!
5.) Vexx, So happy to see you have been upping your activity and getting involved with greeting our members! I've noticed your thread count has been steadily dropping tho! If it's something like a lack of content you have this entire staff of wonderful modders at your disposal! Use us and we will help!
So, in conclusion; We have had a lot of growing pains this month. Lots of staff leaving, lots of talks and so on. But you all that are still here are the best of the best. And I appreciate everything you all do here each and every day. I know activity around here has been a little lax, and I appreciate everyone's input.
Now the ugly news. We need to find our Niche. What makes RivalGamer better than any other forum out there? We have some of the greatest minds in the community here, but what are we missing? We need to take this month to really sit down and figure a way to put us on the map. No idea is a bad one and I want this to be completely open forum.
