As stated above, I am quite familiar with running a forum. I have ran my own forum (out of pocket, no donations) and we've been through a lot. So I have leadership qualities as well as I am someone who enjoys posting. A forum is not a good forum if you aren't getting discussions in and if we as staff aren't posting, how do we expect others to do so? I like to engage with people and get them talking and seeing what they have to share as well as what I can learn from them and hopefully teach others.
Plus, I talk too much 🙂 And forums are the perfect medium for that lol. [/TAB]
