Install the Serendipity Menu in these two locations...
Location 1:
dev_hdd0 > ( "GAMES" or "GAMEZ" ) > BLES01807 - [ Grand Theft Auto V ] > PS3_GAME > USRDIR
Location 2:
dev_hdd0 > game > BLES01807 - [ Grand Theft Auto V ] > USRDIR
After doing that restart your console & load up GTAV & you will see the login menu for Serendipity as long as you also have the SPRX & key .txt in your tmp folder.
