Question about giveaways...

Okay great 🙂 Exactly what did I need to PM a staff about? Didn't quite get that.

After you pick the winner just send the giveaway details to me as a reply on the welcome message because you won't be able to send messages as a regular member.

Are regular members (such as myself) allowed to make giveaways?

I have a cracked uPlay account with The Division on it. Don't really need it myself so I was wondering if I could host one?

Any member can do giveaways in the community just make sure you notify the Sectional moderator or higher staff in that section where you doing the giveaway so staff members can assists you
