Are regular members (such as myself) allowed to make giveaways?
I have a cracked uPlay account with The Division on it. Don't really need it myself so I was wondering if I could host one?

We would be much appreciated if you would do a giveaway. It must be completely free nothing more than 1 PM with the details of the giveaway will be sent to the member or to the staff in charge to pass it to the winner.
