this Block my PS3 if i click on one of the Option then my Ps3 block ? how to use ??

You need to have a jailbroken PS3 running on some sort of Custom Firmware, if you are on CEX firmware, you can use CCAPI 2.60 to utilize this tool, however if you are on DEX, you are able to utilize the the TMAPI connection. Hope this helps!
