How to blur any background !

*-- Today I will be teaching you the simple way to blur any background --*

+- Requirement -+
+. Photoshop(any versions if it has the tools that is needed for this tutorial to go on)
+. The knowledge

*---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*
Step 1 : Create a new layer any size, and put in any background you want to start using
Here is my example :

Step 2 : Go to Filter > Blue > Gaussian Blur
Example:

Step 3: Do whatever you want to do with it until it satisfied of what you are aiming to do and now you know how to blur with Gaussian method.

Nice tutorial bro, i have made something better lol

I duplicated the layer and set the opacity to 50%, here's an example:

After:

Lol, that is opacity not blur =P. Almost close to the look of blur but ya, nice example. Hahaha

I added blur filter to the transparent layer which is the top, if it's opacity only it wont show any difference lol
