Its probably your nand, one of my rgh's got that issue when I flashed my nand. I gave up on it and moved on to my other rgh.

I tried running everything from my USB and got the same, Maybe its my plugins?, Im not sure im new too this, And its not my NAND it was working fine before I formatted my HDD about a week ago

i would suggest you re flash you nand and download new plugins
