English patch form Vita to a PS3 game?

Hello everyone
Is it possible to convert an English patch form Vita to a PS3 game? (same game)
someone has released en English patch for Toukiden 2 for the Vita. he execrated the English files from the PS4 version of the game. can you actually convert or use these files on the PS3 version as well?
