yes it's Steam, and not sure what you mean by VAC, still new to it all 😛 technically it's not really steam at all, since the tool edits files not memory.

VAC is steam ban system. A detector that finds clients using modding tools or anything that has related to it and checks the log record of the person is beyond other people spec and stuff. Its a dangerous shit. It can be block, but you will have to play easy and not go massive. And haven't you been vac banned before ? ;-;
