Question, do you have a Jailbroken PS3 running on some sort of Custom Firmware? Do you have Target Manager with ProDG installed? Do you have the latest CCAPI version installed on your PS3 and your PC? As far as what to do with the eboot, you simply replace it with the existing one in the hdd_dev0/game/ update folder.
