I have messed up. If you want the online to work. Dont run it as XEX file.
The Xex file will crash. Online only work as a GOD File.
You will need the HD content I have one here.

Place Both GOD Folders in: Hdd1:Content0000000000000
Status: Working So Far.
Side note: You can play on xex for single player only.

Just put the HD content in horizon and save to a usb device and move content to your HDD
