In Super Mario 3D All-Stars we can interact with signs and characters with the press of a button. Specifically, the A Button. When we spot a character, we can approach them and press the A Button. Sometimes they’ll provide helpful hints about where to go and what to do next. We can also press the A Button to read signs or check locations on a map.
When we are in a tough spot, we can try moving the camera angle with the Right Control Stick. Changing our point of view might give us a chance to zoom in on an enemy, discover cleverly hidden items, find an escape route, or accomplish an important task.
