Hello fellow staff members, i'm glad to announce that our great friend and modder Welsh has been promoted to Global Moderator and as Legends Leader, he will take all legends responsibilities on his shoulder from now on, also he still reserve the right to apply the rules on all sections of this forum, so lets congrats him and wish him best of luck with his new job!
