The tool wont open đ im on windows 10 64 bit all other rtm tools open but this one help

Sorry to hear that, it could be a few reasons why it wonât open...
1) You donât have all the dllâs that the tool requires to be loaded in the folder wth it.
2) Be sure your windows firewall isnât blocking the tool from being used. (This is very common because the this tool is heavily encrypted to avoid people stealing offsets, etc.

I have allowed an app through firewall it still dont open, tried run as admin , tried running as windows 7 nothing
