1. Be in any online section.
2. Be next to a job marker before starting the glitch.
3. DON'T GO TO THE GAME STORE 3 Times or you'll loose the character!!
If this happens go find a new session or restart your console to get your characters back.
4. Head over to game store and stay on the black screen.
For PS3 users:
Open up an invite to a friend's invite only session using the XMB menu.For Xbox users:
Open the xbox menu and go to recent players and pick a random player and join their session.
5. Spam X/A and this will transition you to the game store but you'll not go.
6. You'll know you did it right if you see the transitioning to the gamestore on the bottom right of your screen.
7. Go to the job marker/circle and click host.
8. Wait 5-10 seconds and unplug your Ethernet Cable and plug it back in fast.
9. Click Home on the PS on the controllerController and sign back in real fast.
10. This should take you to single player it shouldstill say transitioning to to game store on the bottom right.
11. Once the story mode loads up go to game store and let it load up and back out.
12. You should see the online map and on the bottom right it should say Loading.
13. Go to the game store one more time and back out and you'll be online with your single player character.
