I am gladly present you and a Beta of GTA5 SPRX (RivalSprx) that has been in development for some time now . however it isn't finished and updates will come from time to time ,

1.Teleport to way point To any ground with Z coord elevation
2.Perfect Vehicle Spawner online and offline

5.flying vehicle and drive on water
6.Teleport all clients on foot , teleport per client on foot
