Hello, i want to suggest to not just staff members but all members of RG, to encourage new users who may not be as advanced in understanding the english language, although its an english speaking forum, the Introduction forum should be encouraged with diverse understanding and gestures. For example greeting them with a hello or something similar in their own language. Thank you.
The user understands that is a english website, therefore they will change their tone of language wherever needed, no need to mention the obvious!
