Ofcourse.
So I want an PKG file to get into BLUS/BLES.
But want some program to do it for me,not manually cause I am scared of fucking up the whole pkg! 😀

So essentially what you want to do is convert your game from BLUS to BLES? That's going to be a matter of the Eboot my friend 🙂 You'll need to get your hands on the BLES Eboot, plug it into where it needs to go (typically the main USDIR) and run the game. It SHOULD work, that's how I've always done it at least. For a better idea, there's a GTA BLUS-BLES Conversion tutorial floating around somewhere that might be able to step you in the right direction.
No tool has been made because it's pretty simple to do 😛
