I was thinking that we could have special Promoter positions or Technicians who bring more members to the site or even just spreading Rival Gamer via social media.
We have everything to gain.

Technicians would be considered our IT, BOT. Thus, that is in effect already. We ask that everyone on the site helps to promote so there is no need to assign anyone to be a Promoter in my opinion.

like the idea ma man, but as @WavyHD has said we should all be working hard to get members here as a team effort, things are looking good so far. 🙂
