problem to remove cheat pkg on my game

Hi. guys and good friends I have a problem,l want to removed my cheat pkg on my game Uncharted 3 Bles 01175 , because my game is corrupted. please help me

At the XMB, go to your "PS# Game Data" menu and delete Uncharted 3. If it is somehow missing, use Multiman, Target Manager, Comgenie's Awesome File Explorer, or whatever you can find for navigating folders on your PS3 and go to HDD0::game and delete the "BLES01175" folder.
