i reflashed the nand and now when i boot up dashlaunch if i press any options to change then it freezes and where the plugins are it says plugin 1,2,3,4,5 but next to it, its blank and theres not even anything there saying that nothing is selected.

Did you try what I said earlier? If that didn't work try these options:
Clear cache.
Boot Xbox with on button the hit the eject button.
still stuck man haha ill fix this some way! 😉
