Hi people from RG, I saw that some rtm tools aren't coded in .net and it says this error when trying to open it. The file isn't a .NET PE file.
Can anyone help me pls?

To answer your question, it is either programmed using other means such as QT, or is obfuscated in a way that confuses decompilers. Secondly, please do not decompile tools, its extremely disrespectful to those who spent the time to find the offsets and make the tools. The best way to learn to program and find offsets is to do some research and teach yourself, not by decompiling others work and claiming it as your own.
Good luck and hopefully you take this seriously and learn something 🙂
