As Rivalz stated, this is for introductions, not questions. But to answer your question, it's impossible. Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are un-moddable currently. Anywhere you see people advertising mod menus or usb menus for either of those consoles is a liar.

No answer since 12 days. I don't think anyone is going to answer this sort of question but I'm sure you can find your answer from another forum then here. Otherwise you could just google search for one and look at some youtube videos for your question.
