You will need to install the original update file 🙂 best option would be to delete the game data and re-install the update pkg

just install 1.11 update again

u dont need to delete gamedata cuz it takes a long a time to reinstall game data back on just install 1.11 update pkg over again and it will replace the modded eboot with the original eboot. 🙂
