I don't know if cheats have been implemented in the latest build

RPCS3 is a basic emulator for PS3, it works decently but it's SUPER LAGGY with a lot of different games.

Never knew there was a PS3 emulator, that sound awesome though. Can I mod games without having an actual PS3?

Potentially yes. But like I said, it's SUPER laggy even with a beefy PC
