There's quiet a bit of places, Ebay is one where you want to be careful. There's some on Amazon with the firmware you need, but I believe you need to jailbreak it your self.

Someone did say one of the ps3's came with 4.46.
Try Ebay but be very careful. Ask the seller questions (Not sure since i'm not a ps3 wizard). I know people who ordered stuff on Ebay and just got the box. So be wary.
