i think i know what your trying to say, netcheat code tab might help

i think what you trying to ask is how to write value constantly to an address, i f so its very easy and you have minimum 2 ways of doing it

1.in netcheat code tab there is an option for constant write to address
2.in your RTM tool just make a timer in a checkbox and inside that timer past your Code and enable the timer when need constant write , make sure to make the interval in timer properties to 1
