I don't think thats gonna help you not get banned from GTA 5.Why do you want to install it?

Again mods via script are patched in public lobbies. If you want to use it, there is a mod pack here: https://rivalgamer.com//topics/modders-pool-mod-pack-11-2-2015.2161/
This mod pack has all the menus including anti cheater but, you can only play/use them in Modders Only Lobby, unfortunatley.
