I know some people can not open some tools because you get an error msg and it will program not responding.
Well if you are having the problem with some modding tools. You need to Download this program.
dotnetfx_cleanup_tool
This program will delete all Net Framework on your computer.
You will need to download The net framework again. Dont worry. I wont let you run around with your head cut off.
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center
This is Net Framework 4.5.
This should open any RTE Tool Program. If the program doesnt open up. You might need to tell the creator that your having a problem with their program or make sure the file you downloaded has all the plug-ins it came with.
Also if you are still having problems. Make sure you check your plug-ins on your xbox on dashlaunch.
