I agree I see this as a promotion but it sounds like a guide to do How Tos and Tuts. Dont get me wrong. This looks like a good idea but we will see what GlitchyTea and DubbedNav say.
There is no need for this as everyone helps out members/should, There could be better usergroups added than this one to be fairly honest.

There are already 2 more usergroups in the pipeline, and those with the existing ones we have should cover the needs stated in this thread.
