There is a ps3 release but you need a jailbroken ps3 to use it unfortunately.

Offline only bud, its possible to get it in a ''modders pool'' but if you was going to do that you may aswell just play singleplayer in the first place. Its also possible to get it in public lobbies with a secret bypass only a set few know. Works on completely retail/stock consoles too.
