Im not sure if Rival Gamer has a gifting system to give Premium out to users.

I don't believe this is an option at present, although if you wish to do so please contact a member of staff. A manual workaround should be possible.

That's a thing you should add to the site or who ever codes / adds things a premium place you have the prices
ex:)
1 month: $6.00
3 month: $20.00
Gift someone:
1 month: $6.00
3 month: $20.00 (when you hit this what ever price it says what member you wanna gift type username and it gives that member premium)
