Today I Am Going To Show How To Get A Custom Comment On Your PS3 Without Jailbreaking. People With CFW Have Been Doing This By FTP And Adding Lines And Then The Comment But Now You Can Do It On OFW But It Requires A Restore. The Restore will DELETE Games Downloaded From The PlayStation Store

This is What a Modded Comment looks like;

Requirements;
- USB Stick
- Computer
- WinRar

1. Download the backup file.
PS3

2. Add PS3 FILE to USB (Make sure everything is in it)

3. Plug USB Into PS3

Go To System

Go To Data Utility

Go To Restore

Select USB

Select: 201307191952 (it may be a different number make sure it has 2013 on it tho

Once done Restoring,

You should have 2 new users added *USER 1* *User 2* You can rename them.
You sign in and you will have a modded comment, You can change it by Going into it and Press R1 then type in something and it should work properly follow all these steps and if you have any problems please comment below

NOTE: You'll need to re-download the DLC's and games cause the restore.
