1. Go to profile.callofduty.com/dayzero
2. Sign in to or create your Call of Duty account.
3. Make sure your XBL/PSN account is linked to your Call of Duty account.
4. Check the box that says "you are entitled to this content and did not receive it".
5. Enjoy your Day Zero Edition in-game items!

It won't let me sign up to the site... I filled out the info correctly the first time, hit register and somehow I can't sign in because it say's wrong email/password, when its correct.
