It was announced last week that there will be the release of the first DLC content for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. The Havoc DLC which brings back the all time fan favourite Zombies mode and four new multiplayer maps, the DLC is due to be released on Microsoft consoles first on 27Th January 2015.
The DLC contains the new exo survival zombies bonus mode which is a new twist of the famous Nazi Zombies where the zombies have gained access to the Atlas' exo-suits when they raided the Atlas Corporation.
The DLC also features four new multiplayer maps, Core, Drift, Sideshow and Urban. Also in the trailer you can see some new weapons which may be accesable in Multiplayer or the new Zombies mode.
Core:
"Deploy to the Gobi desert where the ravaged ruins of a nuclear fusion plant set the stage for a high-octane warzone. Take down enemies through the wreckage in long-range combat or get up-close and personal in the tunnels surrounding the central turbine. Activate decontamination drones using the map-based scorestreak to help clean out the competition."
Drift:
"An idyllic ski resort high in the Rocky Mountains is transformed into a festive high-altitude playground, perfect for an all-out firefight. Make your way to the highly contested over watch in the glass observation deck or take a ride on the carousel to deliver 360 degrees of carnage. Players can use the map-altering timed event to their advantage as an avalanche of snow and debris disorients players, intensifying the battle."
Sideshow:
"In the shadow of Devil’s Tower, Wyoming, this abandoned inn’s open layout amplifies its creep factor. Blast your way through the clown inn with close-quarters battles or use long-range site-lines from the mining facilities and natural terrain. Use the map-based scorestreak to activate the lights, music, and magic of the clown marquee and rain down a barrage of rainbow smoke-trailed cannonballs."
Urban:
"Prepare yourself for brutal, high-speed combat in Dallas Ward 3, a future mega structure, funneling players into a close-quarters free-for-all. This modular compound’s verticality unleashes the exoskeleton’s capabilities. Stay focused during the timed event as blast doors alter the map’s flow and sightlines."
It was also confirmed that there will be a new multiplayer weapon named the AE4 Direct Energy Assauly Rifle which is available now for season pass owners, the weapon is 'the closest thing we have ever seen to a laser gun in the whole Call of Duty franchise' says weapon users. And there is also the WidowMaker which features bonu stat boosts such as range, damage and stability.
Many gamers are looking formard for new new pottentional Easter Egg story for which may have a different outcome than previous ones, maybe a new weapon or some perks etc.
The zombies characters have been confirmed as John Malkovich, Rose McGowan, Bill Paxton and Jon Bernthal. This is looking to be an exiting, fun filled DLC pack which is released on Xbox 360 and Xbox One 27Th January 2015 and on PlayStation consoles at a later date which is not yet confirmed by the developers.
