Here is a Tool for Borderlands Pre-Sequel 1.03. This tool works offline and online when you are host. This tool was coded by CAIN532. Without him I would just have offsets and a crappy looking tool lol. There is a hidden easter egg in this tool (thanks cain).... When you find it there is a hidden feature :p
