Well, yeah it's still breaking the terms of service. Private match or not... what, this guy exposes modders yet showed a video of mods and technically supported mod use?

"Not against terms of service". Hmm, it kind of is. He's modded a game, meaning he's edited the game files etc which is against the terms of service. It doesn't say "can mod when in private". So aye.
