Try to install the latest .net framework, also if you are on Win10 some tools might have issues with it.
I've updated to the latest .net framework and it still won't open. I'm running Windows 7 x64.

Hey GZ, Today i have a little tool for Battlefield 3. I know this is an old game but lots of people still play it, so i decided to make a small tool for those who do. Enjoy 😀
