"Archaeologist Scarlett Marlowe (Perdita Weeks) has devoted her whole life to finding one of history's greatest treasures: Flamel's Philosopher's Stone. According to legend, the artifact can grant eternal life and turn any metal into gold. When she learns that the stone is hidden underground in the Catacombs of Paris, she assembles a crew to guide and document her historic mission. As they begin their descent, the team-members have no way of knowing that they are entering their own personal hell."
Does your past haunt you? Do you have things you regret and things you wish you could've done better? We all do.
This movie, I was expecting and we all were was to be scary. Yes it has it's scary parts, one part that made me jump. But this movie was more of a lesson than anything. The main character is hot too, that's the best part! Okay, One of the best parts.
This movie didn't start off slow like a lot of movies. This one was kind of like a mix of scary tied into The Da Vinci Code. It was an amazing movie, It actually made me feel kind of tripped out after I was done watching it.
NEVER trust Rotten Tomatoes, they give such good movies sucky reviews. 27%? Seriously!? 6.1/10 from IMDB and a 38% from Metacritic. These review sites just never know how to review. It's sad.
The moral of this movie is "Let go of your past, it'll only haunt you. Forgive your self."
