What would you do with the spam threads? Just lock it and leave and make the section look messy?
Why Not have a archives where every Spam/outdated/unnecessary things go.

Mods can just move the thread to the archive section.
Will People/Premium Be able to post there?
No.
Because thats only for spam and that crap like that.
Where will it be?
AT THE Bottom so it dont get in the way of people when they're just roaming around the forums.
