1) Staff Suggestions in staff lounge
2) Global moderators are allowed to ban/suspend & moderate the chat

Global moderators are to only moderate all the forums.
A super moderator would be the one to allow to ban/suspend people off the chat room.
Staff Suggestions seems silly if it's all a suggestion. When we can all just generalize it all in one forum/sub forum.
