Okay, then it has to be the Garage Bypass. Try going near LSC, if you continue to have problems then I'll report the issue to Eddie Lucas.

I will try adding the Garag Bypass scripts to the rpf again, cause it doesn't sound like it's doing what it's supposed to. I will contact Eddie Lucas about the issue.
