To answer your question (as best I can understand it) The eboot can be pre-programed to accept a specefic sprx filename.
In this case B777x CUSTOM EBOOT accepts the filename Black_Ops2.sprx, and ZOMBIE EBOOT accepts the filename Menu.sprx.
