The RTM crashes when it opens, informs the following error: "By Cyb3r stopped working. Windows can check online if there is a solution to the problem."
I've opened both Windows 7 and Windows 10 and the same error, it doesn't even open. Please try to correct.

Yes indeed. I would recommend getting someone to downgrade it for you rather doing it yourself to avoid any possible damage might happen to the device.
