no errors it just won't open at all. I think it's related a new Win 10 update I was forced to get recently.
Edit: Windows 10 has been a pain in the ass lol.
Your antivirus maybe is detect the tool as bad executable so disable it if you have one installed.
Or try to install the latest .Net Framework and see if that solves your issue.

No luck already tried that and just about everything else I could find about windows ten not opening programs. I'm hitting a brick wall on this one:banghead1:

i was having the same issue you have however since i download the Microsoft NET Framework.4.6.2 my problem has been solved and the tool works perfectly try to download the same version as mine and it should works for you

I tried installing .net framework 4.6.2 and it tells me I already have a later version installed then it aborts installation
